The personal customer service I received was exceptionally helpful. However, I must return the shoes because of discomfort on the right shoe. I ordered them in black & brown. Brown looked best. They have extended pointed toe so they make foot look bigger.

Great shoe. Size and width is correct. Boots are too hot for me to wear, so the mules are a great alternative for the Houston Rodeo. I’ve also purchased shoes from Zappos before and have been pleased with the shipping and prices. Will continue to shop with them.

These shoes look even more fabulous for color and style than it shows on the website! The shoe runs true to size (I’m a size 11) and the heel height is comfortable.
Unfortunately, it runs just a bit narrower than marked. Just enough it was uncomfortable across the top of my foot and toes.
Great price, great shoe, my problem was my foot shape/width.

Love the look of these mules, but after trying them on the toe is entirely too narrow. I wear classic toe cowboy boots all the time, but there’s something wrong here. They must go back.

I love these shoes! But the heel of the right shoe blew out for no apparent reason. I only wear them once a week so I am disappointed that the shoes gave out so soon.

So, I was quite excited to get these, as I’d been looking for a shoe just like this for a while. I put them on…and they were absolutely the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Too narrow — there was hardly a spot on either foot that wasn’t being rubbed or pinched. But, because I’d been looking for just this shoe, and because no wider widths were offered, I was determined to make it work. I found that as long as I wear a lot of those gel-coated toe caps I can manage these. They will never be comfortable shoes, but I at least have a nice pair of black mules that I wanted.

Cute mule, size was fine, but very narrow in the toe and across the top. I was disappointed and surprised since I have a very average foot width. I couldn’t see myself walking around in them for hours, so I had to return.
